In April 2013 Phillips in New York held the auction Important Photographs from the Collection of Dr. Anthony Terrana, which included the work The Funeral of the Anarchist by Paolo Ventura. The »bidding war« ended at USD 8,125.00 (€ 6,170.26), 35% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paolo Ventura - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Domenica Pomeriggio, 2019, which sold at auction in October 2019 for USD 18,750.00 (€ 16,808.61).

Im April 2013 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Important Photographs from the Collection of Dr. Anthony Terrana durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Funeral of the Anarchist von Paolo Ventura zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 8.125,00 (€ 6.170,26) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Paolo Ventura mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Domenica Pomeriggio, 2019 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2019 für USD 18.750,00 (€ 16.808,61) versteigert wurde.
