Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Winter Stories #30 by Paolo Ventura was sold in the ULTIMATE Evening & Photographs Day Sales auction at Phillips in London in May 2018. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,693.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paolo Ventura - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Domenica Pomeriggio, 2019, which sold at auction in October 2019 for USD 18,750.00 (€ 16,808.61).

Die Arbeit Winter Stories #30 von Paolo Ventura wurde im Mai 2018 in der Auktion ULTIMATE Evening & Photographs Day Sales bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.693,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Paolo Ventura mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Domenica Pomeriggio, 2019 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2019 für USD 18.750,00 (€ 16.808,61) versteigert wurde.
