It achieved a price of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,096.59), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 38%. Admittedly, works by Paolo Farinati have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ecce Homo in July 2006 with an auction result of GBP 54,000.00 (€ 79,049.67).

Die Arbeit Four female figures about to flee from Pluto von Paolo Farinati kam im Juli 2019 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 15.096,59) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paolo Farinati auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ecce Homo im Juli 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 54.000,00 (€ 79.049,67).
