In the Master Drawings auction, the work Elijah Brought To Heaven By A Chariot Of Fire sold for USD 35,000.00 (€ 32,311.67) - well above the upper estimate of USD 18,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paolo Farinati - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ecce Homo, which sold at auction in July 2006 for GBP 54,000.00 (€ 79,049.67).
