This artwork by Pam Evelyn achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in October this year. In the 20th/21st Century: London Evening Sale auction, the work Worked on Earth sold for GBP 113,400.00 (€ 130,214.70) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 50,000.00. This high result makes Worked on Earth the most expensive artwork by Pam Evelyn that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Pam Evelyn erzielte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th/21st Century: London Evening Sale wurde die Arbeit Worked on Earth für GBP 113.400,00 (€ 130.214,70) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 50.000,00.
