Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Web Sampler #110 by Pae White was auctioned at Christies in Paris in May 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 2,250.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Pae White have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scrapestry 6. in May 2019 with an auction result of EUR 18,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Web Sampler #110 von Pae White kam im Mai 2021 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 2.250,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pae White auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Scrapestry 6. im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 18.750,00.
