Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Ottone Rosai achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in May last year. In the Arte moderna e contemporanea auction, the work Paesaggio sold for EUR 16,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ottone Rosai have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work L'Orchestrina (Il Concertino) in May 2006 with an auction result of EUR 124,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ottone Rosai erzielte im Mai letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Paesaggio für EUR 16.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ottone Rosai auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit L'Orchestrina (Il Concertino) im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 124.000,00.
