Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Ottone Rosai achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in November last year. In the Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work Strada con case sold for EUR 2,200.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 900.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ottone Rosai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'Orchestrina (Il Concertino) in May 2006 with an auction result of EUR 124,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ottone Rosai erzielte im November letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Strada con case für EUR 2.200,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 900,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ottone Rosai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit L'Orchestrina (Il Concertino) im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 124.000,00.
