A top price for Ottone Rosai - as previously expected
The work L'Orchestrina (Il Concertino) by Ottone Rosai was sold in the Modern Pictures auction at Christies in Milan in May 2006. The price achieved of EUR 124,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, L'Orchestrina (Il Concertino) is the most expensive artwork by Ottone Rosai that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit L'Orchestrina (Il Concertino) von Ottone Rosai wurde im Mai 2006 in der Auktion Modern Pictures bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 124.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden.
