Auction result misses estimated price range
In October last year a collector was able to acquire the work "Klassiskt tema" by Ola Billgren for SEK 150,000.00 (€ 13,725.59). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 175,000.00 – 200,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ola Billgren achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Tarragona" in May 2012 with an auction result of SEK 3,500,000.00 (€ 369,702.36).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Klassiskt tema" von Ola Billgren für SEK 150.000,00 (€ 13.725,59) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 175.000,00 – 200.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ola Billgren erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Tarragona" im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 3.500.000,00 (€ 369.702,36).
