Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Ola Billgren achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in October this year. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work 'Ansikte' sold for SEK 230,000.00 (€ 19,478.61) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 100,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ola Billgren achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Tarragona" in May 2012 with an auction result of SEK 3,500,000.00 (€ 369,702.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ola Billgren erzielte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wurde die Arbeit 'Ansikte' für SEK 230.000,00 (€ 19.478,61) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 100.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ola Billgren erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Tarragona" im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 3.500.000,00 (€ 369.702,36).
