Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Norman Bluhm was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in November 2020. Here, the upper estimate of USD 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 19,062.50 (€ 15,954.55). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Norman Bluhm achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Chicago 1920 in May 2008 with an auction result of USD 1,138,600.00 (€ 731,748.07).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Norman Bluhm kam im November 2020 bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 19.062,50 (€ 15.954,55) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Norman Bluhm erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Chicago 1920 im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.138.600,00 (€ 731.748,07).
