Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2015 Phillips in New York held the auction New Now, which included the work Untitled (Crater) by Noriko Furunishi. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 3,500.00 (€ 3,135.64) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Noriko Furunishi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2013 the work Ice Park (D) was auctioned for GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,608.53).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2015 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Crater) von Noriko Furunishi zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 3.500,00 (€ 3.135,64) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Noriko Furunishi konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2013 die Arbeit Ice Park (D) für GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.608,53) versteigert.
