Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2013 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Art Day Sale, which included the work After The Rain by Nikolai Nikanorovich Dubovskoy. The price achieved of GBP 62,500.00 (€ 75,210.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Nikolai Nikanorovich Dubovskoy have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Russian Summer Has Ended in November 2008 with an auction result of USD 572,500.00 (€ 451,000.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2013 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit After The Rain von Nikolai Nikanorovich Dubovskoy zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 62.500,00 (€ 75.210,39) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nikolai Nikanorovich Dubovskoy auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Russian Summer Has Ended im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 572.500,00 (€ 451.000,47).
