Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Nikhil Biswas was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March 2014. The price achieved of USD 4,750.00 (€ 3,447.78) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Nikhil Biswas have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2012 the work Two Untitled Works was auctioned for USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,687.27).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Nikhil Biswas kam im März 2014 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 4.750,00 (€ 3.447,78) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Nikhil Biswas konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2012 die Arbeit Two Untitled Works für USD 6.250,00 (€ 4.687,27) versteigert.
