Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Traveling in the Snow by Nie Ou was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 10,080.00 (€ 1,196.71). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nie Ou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Raising Animals in December 2015 with an auction result of CNY 295,000.00 (€ 41,944.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Traveling in the Snow von Nie Ou kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 10.080,00 (€ 1.196,71) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nie Ou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Raising Animals im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 295.000,00 (€ 41.944,93).
