Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Port Joly by Nicola Simbari was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art auction at Sothebys in New York in December 2015. The price achieved of USD 5,625.00 (€ 5,180.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Nicola Simbari have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Plage in December 2014 with an auction result of USD 37,500.00 (€ 30,989.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Port Joly von Nicola Simbari wurde im Dezember 2015 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.625,00 (€ 5.180,03) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nicola Simbari auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Plage im Dezember 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 37.500,00 (€ 30.989,17).
