Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Desert Glow (Sheriff) by Neil Raitt was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in September 2019. The price achieved of USD 10,000.00 (€ 9,170.11) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Neil Raitt - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cabinectomy, which sold at auction in November 2015 for USD 35,000.00 (€ 33,137.66).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 9.170,11) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden.
