Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2020 Phillips in an online auction held the auction Wired: Online Auction, which included the work Fade (Green) by Neil Raitt. The price achieved of GBP 5,040.00 (€ 5,626.34) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Neil Raitt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cabinectomy in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 35,000.00 (€ 33,137.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2020 führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion Wired: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fade (Green) von Neil Raitt zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.040,00 (€ 5.626,34) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Neil Raitt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cabinectomy im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 35.000,00 (€ 33.137,66).
