Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Tom and Jerry by Natee Utarit was sold in the 21st Century Art Day Sale auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 500,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 504,000.00 (€ 60,397.08). Admittedly, works by Natee Utarit have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work GOD in May last year with an auction result of HKD 4,032,000.00 (€ 478,684.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Tom and Jerry von Natee Utarit wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres in der Auktion 21st Century Art Day Sale bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 500.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 504.000,00 (€ 60.397,08) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Natee Utarit auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit GOD im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.032.000,00 (€ 478.684,93).
