Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dead Soldier by Natee Utarit was auctioned at Phillips in Hong Kong in June last year. The price achieved of HKD 378,000.00 (€ 45,999.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 300,000.00 – 500,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Natee Utarit achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work GOD in May last year with an auction result of HKD 4,032,000.00 (€ 478,684.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dead Soldier von Natee Utarit kam im Juni letzten Jahres bei Phillips in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 378.000,00 (€ 45.999,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 300.000,00 – 500.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Natee Utarit erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit GOD im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.032.000,00 (€ 478.684,93).
