The work The Ambassador by Natee Utarit was worth HKD 1,386,000.00 (€ 150,555.54) to a buyer in June 2021. This price was achieved in the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art & Design Day Sale in Association with Poly Auction at Phillips in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 300,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Natee Utarit - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work GOD, which sold at auction in May last year for HKD 4,032,000.00 (€ 478,684.93).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art & Design Day Sale in Association with Poly Auction bei Phillips in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 300.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Für andere Arbeiten von Natee Utarit mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit GOD beobachtet, die im Mai letzten Jahres für HKD 4.032.000,00 (€ 478.684,93) versteigert wurde.
