It achieved a price of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 5,099.43), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. Admittedly, works by Anne Mee have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of Captain And Lieutenant-Colonel Thomas Grosvenor (1764-1851) in April 2008 with an auction result of GBP 19,700.00 (€ 25,114.72).

Die Arbeit Portrait Of Susan, Lady Carbery (D. 1828) von Anne Mee kam im April 2008 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 5.099,43) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anne Mee auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait Of Captain And Lieutenant-Colonel Thomas Grosvenor (1764-1851) im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 19.700,00 (€ 25.114,72).
