A top price for Mortimer Luddington Menpes - as previously expected
The work Benares, Blue Is The Sky by Mortimer Luddington Menpes was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2011. The auction ended at the price of GBP 30,000.00 (€ 33,189.42), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Benares, Blue Is The Sky is the most expensive artwork by Mortimer Luddington Menpes that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Benares, Blue Is The Sky von Mortimer Luddington Menpes kam im Juni 2011 bei Christies in London zur Auktion.
