The work Naoko Playing in Bosch's Last Judgement by Mitsuru Watanabe was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2012. It achieved a price of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 14,873.17), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Admittedly, works by Mitsuru Watanabe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Naoko Bathing in the Woods of Rousseau in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 687,500.00 (€ 79,462.28).

Die Arbeit Naoko Playing in Bosch's Last Judgement von Mitsuru Watanabe kam im November 2012 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 14.873,17) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mitsuru Watanabe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Naoko Bathing in the Woods of Rousseau im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 687.500,00 (€ 79.462,28).
