Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2017 Christies in London held the auction Russian Art, which included the work The hunting party of Emperor Alexander II by Mikhail Zichy. The price achieved of GBP 40,000.00 (€ 45,552.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mikhail Zichy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An important montage marking the occasion of the Emperor Alexander II's Silver Wedding Jubilee in June 2010 with an auction result of GBP 457,250.00 (€ 556,058.56).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2017 führte Christies in London die Auktion Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The hunting party of Emperor Alexander II von Mikhail Zichy zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 40.000,00 (€ 45.552,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mikhail Zichy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit An important montage marking the occasion of the Emperor Alexander II's Silver Wedding Jubilee im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 457.250,00 (€ 556.058,56).
