Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A colourful bouquet by Mikhail Zharov was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in London in January 2011. It changed hands for a price of GBP 750.00 (€ 841.71) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mikhail Zharov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Poppies, which sold at auction in November 2011 for GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,334.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A colourful bouquet von Mikhail Zharov wurde im Januar 2011 in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 750,00 (€ 841,71) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Mikhail Zharov mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Poppies beobachtet, die im November 2011 für GBP 2.000,00 (€ 2.334,80) versteigert wurde.
