Auction result misses estimated price range
In December this year a collector was able to acquire the work Red Touch by Mike Bouchet for USD 3,556.00 (€ 3,214.61). This price was achieved in the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art: Online Auction, New York at Phillips in 7 - and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mike Bouchet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lincoln Pooh in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 31,250.00 (€ 43,089.11).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mike Bouchet erzielen.
