Auction result well in line with expectations
In May last year Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Discoveries, which included the work Diana Pickle by Mike Bouchet. The price achieved of GBP 6,300.00 (€ 7,411.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Mike Bouchet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lincoln Pooh in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 31,250.00 (€ 43,089.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Discoveries durch, in der auch die Arbeit Diana Pickle von Mike Bouchet zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.300,00 (€ 7.411,35) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mike Bouchet auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lincoln Pooh im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 31.250,00 (€ 43.089,11).
