Auction result well in line with expectations
In December this year Bonhams in Brussels held the auction Prints and Multiples, which included the work Romeo e Giulietta - Opus 101 by Miguel Berrocal. It changed hands for a price of EUR 2,176.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,800.00 – 2,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Miguel Berrocal achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Via Appia in November 2014 with an auction result of USD 62,500.00 (€ 50,249.24).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in Brüssel die Auktion Prints and Multiples durch, in der auch die Arbeit Romeo e Giulietta - Opus 101 von Miguel Berrocal zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 2.176,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.800,00 – 2.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Miguel Berrocal erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Via Appia im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 50.249,24).
