Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2021 Phillips in an online auction held the auction Heatwave: Online Auction, which included this untitled work by Michael Staniak. The price achieved of GBP 3,780.00 (€ 4,432.83) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Michael Staniak have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work IMG_885 (holographic) in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 31,532.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2021 führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion Heatwave: Online Auction durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Michael Staniak zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.780,00 (€ 4.432,83) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Michael Staniak auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit IMG_885 (holographic) im Juli 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 31.532,86).
