The work 100 Suns: 072 OAK, 2003; and Full Moon #10 by Michael Light was sold in the Photographs auction at Phillips in New York in January 2008. It achieved a price of USD 4,000.00 (€ 2,695.24), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 60%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Michael Light; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Composite of Harrison Schmitt and the Lunar Rover at "Split Rock", Photographed by Eugene Cernan, Apollo 17, December 7-19, 1972 from Full Moon sold at auction in November 2010 with the realized price of GBP 3,375.00 (€ 4,033.12).

Die Arbeit 100 Suns: 072 OAK, 2003; and Full Moon #10 von Michael Light wurde im Januar 2008 in der Auktion Photographs bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 4.000,00 (€ 2.695,24) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 60%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Michael Light; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Composite of Harrison Schmitt and the Lunar Rover at "Split Rock", Photographed by Eugene Cernan, Apollo 17, December 7-19, 1972 from Full Moon im November 2010 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 3.375,00 (€ 4.033,12).
