Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A woman offering an onion and herring to a young man holding a glass of beer, others smoking and playing skittles behind them by Matthijs Naiveu was sold in the Old Masters & 19th Century Art - including Dutch Impressionism auction at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2016. The price achieved of EUR 5,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Matthijs Naiveu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Elegante Gesellschaft in einem Interieur in November 2016 with an auction result of EUR 74,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A woman offering an onion and herring to a young man holding a glass of beer, others smoking and playing skittles behind them von Matthijs Naiveu wurde im November 2016 in der Auktion Old Masters & 19th Century Art - including Dutch Impressionism bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert.
