This artwork by Matteo Negri achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in December 2017. In the New Now auction, the work Rainbow arrangement sold for GBP 13,125.00 (€ 14,770.26) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 7,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Matteo Negri; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Andante Cantabile Con Moto sold at auction in April 2015 with the realized price of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 27,464.61).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Matteo Negri erzielte im Dezember 2017 bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion New Now wurde die Arbeit Rainbow arrangement für GBP 13.125,00 (€ 14.770,26) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 7.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Matteo Negri; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Andante Cantabile Con Moto im April 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 27.464,61).
