This artwork by Matteo Negri achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in September 2015. In the Prints & Multiples: First Impression auction, the work L'Ego Mondrian sold for GBP 1,750.00 (€ 2,369.92) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Matteo Negri achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Andante Cantabile Con Moto in April 2015 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 27,464.61).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Matteo Negri erzielte im September 2015 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Prints & Multiples: First Impression wurde die Arbeit L'Ego Mondrian für GBP 1.750,00 (€ 2.369,92) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Matteo Negri erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Andante Cantabile Con Moto im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 27.464,61).
