Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2018 Christies in London held the auction Modern British Art Day Sale, which included the work Perspex Group on White (D) by Mary Martin. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 62,500.00 (€ 70,498.10). Other works by Mary Martin have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 91,647.53) in November 2018 for the work Rotation 3.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2018 führte Christies in London die Auktion Modern British Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Perspex Group on White (D) von Mary Martin zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 62.500,00 (€ 70.498,10) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Mary Martin haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 81.250,00 (€ 91.647,53) im November 2018 für die Arbeit Rotation 3 beobachtet.
