Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Flourish by Markus Raetz was auctioned at Phillips in New York in April 2018. It changed hands for a price of USD 1,125.00 (€ 931.75) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Markus Raetz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hasenspiegel in December 2018 with an auction result of EUR 415,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Flourish von Markus Raetz kam im April 2018 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 1.125,00 (€ 931,75) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Markus Raetz erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hasenspiegel im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 415.500,00.
