In December 2020 Bonhams in London held the auction Modern & Contemporary Art, which included the work Passage (2), 1993 signed and titled "PASSAGE" (2) MARK FRANCIS (on the reverse) by Mark Francis. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 14,000.00 (€ 15,639.25), 40% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mark Francis - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Symbiosis (Mesh), which sold at auction in July 2008 for GBP 32,450.00 (€ 41,228.09).

Im Dezember 2020 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Passage (2), 1993 signed and titled "PASSAGE" (2) MARK FRANCIS (on the reverse) von Mark Francis zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 14.000,00 (€ 15.639,25) und damit 40% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Mark Francis mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Symbiosis (Mesh) beobachtet, die im Juli 2008 für GBP 32.450,00 (€ 41.228,09) versteigert wurde.
