Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Mark Francis was auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen in June this year. Here, the upper estimate of DKK 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for DKK 4,200.00 (€ 563.85). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mark Francis achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Symbiosis (Mesh) in July 2008 with an auction result of GBP 32,450.00 (€ 41,228.09).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Mark Francis kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von DKK 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für DKK 4.200,00 (€ 563,85) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mark Francis erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Symbiosis (Mesh) im Juli 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.450,00 (€ 41.228,09).
