Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2007 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Modern & Contemporary Art and Collection Jef Verheyen and Dani Franque, which included the work Spiritello Edv L.B. by Mario Raciti. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,400.00 20% above the upper estimate. Other works by Mario Raciti have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of ITL 3,760,000.00 (€ 3,459.86) in November 2000 for the work Mitologia.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2007 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art and Collection Jef Verheyen and Dani Franque durch, in der auch die Arbeit Spiritello Edv L.B. von Mario Raciti zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.400,00 und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Mario Raciti haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von ITL 3.760.000,00 (€ 3.459,86) im November 2000 für die Arbeit Mitologia beobachtet.
