Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2000 a collector was able to acquire the work Senza titolo by Mario Raciti for ITL 329,000.00 (€ 302.74). This price was achieved in the auction ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA at Christies in Milan and was even below the estimate range of ITL 500,000.00 – 600,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mario Raciti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mitologia in November 2000 with an auction result of ITL 3,760,000.00 (€ 3,459.86).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2000 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Senza titolo von Mario Raciti für ITL 329.000,00 (€ 302,74) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA bei Christies in Mailand erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von ITL 500.000,00 – 600.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mario Raciti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mitologia im November 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 3.760.000,00 (€ 3.459,86).
