The auction ended at the price of USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,672.13), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Marianne Vitale have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Shingle Painting 8 in June 2016 with an auction result of GBP 10,625.00 (€ 12,753.47).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.672,13) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marianne Vitale auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Shingle Painting 8 im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.625,00 (€ 12.753,47).
