This work without title by Marcelle Ferron was auctioned at Sothebys in Toronto in May 2012. It achieved a price of CAD 45,000.00 (€ 35,165.80), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marcelle Ferron achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in June 2010 with an auction result of CAD 485,500.00 (€ 372,410.22).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Marcelle Ferron kam im Mai 2012 bei Sothebys in Toronto zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von CAD 45.000,00 (€ 35.165,80) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marcelle Ferron erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CAD 485.500,00 (€ 372.410,22).
