Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Nature Morte , 1918 by Marcel Janco for EUR 3,861.00. This price was achieved in the auction Modern Art 1 at Artcurial and was even below the estimate range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marcel Janco achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Romanian inferno in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 92,230.84).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Nature Morte , 1918 von Marcel Janco für EUR 3.861,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Art 1 bei Artcurial erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marcel Janco erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Romanian inferno im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 81.250,00 (€ 92.230,84).
