The work Arturo Schwarz, The Large Glass and Related Works, Volume I by Marcel Duchamp was sold in the The Sale of the Century: An Important Corporate Collection of Prints and Multiples: Online auction at Christies in New York in April this year. The »bidding war« ended at USD 9,450.00 (€ 8,559.78), 58% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marcel Duchamp achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Belle haleine - Eau de voilette in February 2009 with an auction result of EUR 8,913,000.00.

Die Arbeit Arturo Schwarz, The Large Glass and Related Works, Volume I von Marcel Duchamp wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion The Sale of the Century: An Important Corporate Collection of Prints and Multiples: Online bei Christies in New York versteigert.
