Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2014 Artcurial held the auction Scène 21.2, which included the work Sans Titre, 2006-2007 by Marc Desgrandchamps. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 8,710.00 24% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Marc Desgrandchamps have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans titre in May 2008 with an auction result of EUR 35,050.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2014 führte Artcurial die Auktion Scène 21.2 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre, 2006-2007 von Marc Desgrandchamps zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 8.710,00 und damit 24% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marc Desgrandchamps auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans titre im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 35.050,00.
