The auction ended at the price of USD 12,000.00 (€ 9,458.50), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Manu Parekh - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work He And She, which sold at auction in March 2008 for USD 49,000.00 (€ 31,002.85).
