It achieved a price of USD 11,250.00 (€ 10,197.61), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Admittedly, works by Manierre Dawson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Trees on Red Rocks in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 77,276.34).
