Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Manfred Pernice achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in October 2014. In the Contemporary Art Day Auction auction, the work without title sold for GBP 17,500.00 (€ 22,344.97) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Manfred Pernice; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Kaskel Treff sold at auction in July 2021 with the realized price of EUR 32,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Manfred Pernice erzielte im Oktober 2014 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 17.500,00 (€ 22.344,97) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Manfred Pernice; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Kaskel Treff im Juli 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 32.500,00.
