Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Abstract Composition by Mainie Jellett was auctioned at Sothebys in London in May 2008. The price achieved of GBP 42,500.00 (€ 54,061.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 35,000.00 – 50,000.00.
